At 4:30 a.m. on February 8, 2021, Lily, a flat coated retriever, let out her last breath. She was not alone. Lily was a service dog, a friend, and an entertainer. Anyone who met her smiled. She gave me the ability to remain independent. Even after retiring, she still insisted on helping, picking up anything she might find on the floor. We had thirteen great years together. You will be missed but not forgotten. Thank you for coming into my life.
